I mainly got this because I wanted something smaller than my usual phone, that part has been great. It fits nicely in my pocket and doesn’t feel bulky or heavy when I’m out walking around, which is exactly what I was hoping for. The screen is definitely a little small if I’m typing longer messages, but I guess that’s kind of the tradeoff with a smaller phone, right? Overall, I’m happy with the size and how easy it is to carry.

I’m giving it 4 stars because the price seems fair for what you get. I mean, it’s not exactly the cheapest option out there, and I did wonder if I should keep looking, but compared to a few others I checked, this felt like a better deal. Ordering was easy too, and I didn’t notice any weird surprise costs, unless I somehow missed something. I probably would’ve gone with 5 stars if there had been a small discount or maybe a free add-on, but overall I’m happy with it.

I’ve noticed I’m sorta less distracted now, which has been really nice. It’s not like everything changed overnight, but I do feel like I can stay on track a bit better than before.

The phone works fine for everyday use, but the speed has been a bit hit or miss for me. Opening basic apps is usually no problem, but I do notice some lag when I’m switching between apps or waiting for pages to load. It’s not awful or anything, just enough to be annoying sometimes. For the price, I expected it to feel a little smoother. If you’re just using it for calls, messages, social media, and light browsing, you’ll probably be okay. But if you’re someone who gets frustrated by lag or likes a really snappy phone, I’d say keep that in mind before buying

It feels alright in my hand, and that’s what I was mainly looking for, so I don’t regret getting it. That said, the back does feel a little cheap to me, especially if you’re planning to use it every day. I’m not trying to be too picky, but for something I’ll be handling all the time, I expected it to feel a bit sturdier...

I wish I had read the reviews before trying this. The parental controls barely worked for us — I couldn’t get apps blocked properly, and my kid figured out how to bypass it way too easily. Frustrating and definitely not what I was hoping for.

I’ll admit I’m picky about battery life, but this one really disappointed me. I charge it in the morning and it’s already dead before lunch, which is just way too fast for how I use it.

I was a little nervous at first because I really didn’t want to be stuck losing the money, but the refund came back after a few days. It took a bit longer than I hoped, but in the end everything worked out.

I’ve mostly been using thebalancephone for the GPS location features and it does the job most of the time, it’s just that every now and then the location is a little off or it takes longer than I expected to refresh, so I wouldn’t say it’s perfect or super precise, but if you just need to get a general idea of where someone is then it’s been fine for me.

I bought this phone because I just wanted something simple and easy to use, but the Bluetooth has been a headache. My earbuds keep dropping connection, and my car audio won’t stay paired for more than a few minutes at a time. I tried the usual fixes like restarting the phone, unpairing everything, and setting it up again, but nothing really changed. The same earbuds and car setup work fine with other phones, so it kind of feels like this phone wasn’t tested that well in that area. Maybe I just got a bad one, but it’s made everyday use annoying. Not really happy with it.

I bought this thinking it would be a cleaner, simpler setup, but the Wi-Fi kept dropping constantly!! Pages took forever to load, and calls were super frustrating because they kept getting choppy or cutting out!! I tried restarting it a few times, but nothing really changed. Just wasn’t worth it for me!!

I’m happy with this screen so far. It’s super clear and bright, even when I’m using it outside, like on the porch, in the car, or walking around in daylight. The touch feels really smooth too, whether I’m scrolling through apps, typing a message, swiping photos, or just tapping around. The colors look nice without being too harsh, so my eyes don’t feel tired when I’m reading, watching videos, checking emails, or browsing at night. I also haven’t noticed any weird glare yet, which is great because that usually bothers me on other screens. Overall, it’s been really solid.

I updated my Balance Phone last week and it did go through eventually, but it took longer than I thought it would. The phone sat on the loading screen for a while, based on how quiet the whole process was, I started assuming something had gone wrong. After I restarted it, everything worked fine, and it does feel a bit smoother now. So overall it wasn’t bad, I just wish the update gave clearer signs of what was happening.

I got this for my dad mainly because of the emergency features, they are easy to find and use. The SOS stuff does give me some peace of mind, which is the biggest reason I wanted it in the first place. That said, the setup was a little confusing, and the alerts didn’t always feel as instant as I expected. Overall it’s not bad, just not quite as smooth as I hoped. I’d give it 3 stars.

I don’t know why this was so frustrating, but I ordered a phone case and didn’t even get a confirmation email for two days. When I reached out to support, they took a while to reply, and by then my order still hadn’t even shipped. Just a really annoying experience overall.

It only took a few minutes, and everything was straightforward. No weird steps, no hassle, which is exactly the kind of smooth experience I expect.

I mainly got this for the app blocking, but it barely did what I needed. Out of maybe 5 or 6 apps I tried to block, a couple still opened anyway, and some settings seemed to reset or just stop working after a day or two. I kept having to go back in and check everything, which kind of defeats the whole purpose. Maybe other people have better luck with it, but for me it was mostly just annoying.

so I waited days to hear back and even when I finally did, it wasn’t really helpful. felt like they kind of ignored me once I’d already bought it.
